Our Stud Sires

MORDALLUP R365

R365  was used in our commercial herd for his first 2 years of work as a yearling bull. We soon found out his progeny was outstanding, weaning the heaviest calves on average.  We then decided that he would be bought back into stud duties. His first crop of registered calves hit the ground at an average weight and power on. Sons  will be offered in our 2025 yearling bull sale.

KAYJAY MEATPACK R410

His name says it all! Stylish, correctly structured and an A grade pedigree. When we saw his picture we knew he was destined to be used here at Mordallup. In September 2023 we flew over to New Zealand and visted KayJay Angus to view R410 and their herd. Well, we were lost for words. This impeccable animal stood on perfect feet and was able to hold his weight like a feather. He walks so freely with a gentle nature to match. We were fortunate enough to secure the WA Semen rights and will have progeny on the ground in 2024 and sons for sale in 2025!!!

TURIROA R439

Thanks to Grampians Angus we've secured 1/4 share to this sale topper ($50,000) for the Turiroa Angus 2022 sale! A magnificent bull with plenty of depth and thickness. Walks with ease and has a fantastic claw set. There's a lot to like about this bull and we can't wait to see his progeny hit the ground in 2024! We were privileged enough to view him in September of 2023 and knew he was going to fit into our program easily.

MORDALLUP MOOROOK M51

Moorook M51 was selected as a stand out yearling back in 2017. He has one of the greatest, strongest brood dams you will ever see. In her pedigree she has well respected super sires of “Braveheart”, “Oscar 711”, “Powerplay M032” and “Head of the Class”. Moorook M51 is a son of the powerhouse sire SAV Harvestor, who has done us well with both his sons and daughters. Keep an eye out in the catalogue and as Harvestor will make regular appearances in the pedigrees of many bulls.

MORDALLUP CONFIRMED R6

Always stood out as a calf while on mum even though he weaned himself off mum at 4 months of age and did it all by himself. His growth, excellent structure and mobility are a feature from the get-go. This flows through on his progeny. Confirmed R6 sons will feature prominently in our sale team. Daughters are big, roomy young females that set them apart from their peers.
